These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Signing Harmony’s mobile notary and loan signing services. By booking an appointment, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.
Our Services
Signing Harmony provides mobile notary and loan signing services in Cypress, Tomball, Pinehurst, Magnolia, Montgomery, The Woodlands, Conroe, Willis, and Huntsville. If your area isn’t listed, please contact us to confirm availability.
Client Requirements
Clients must provide valid ID, ensure documents are complete, and have all signers present and willing. We may refuse service if legal requirements are not met.
Fees &
Payments
Pricing varies by service and travel distance. Payment is due at the time of service. Late cancellations or no‑shows may incur a fee.
Communication Consent
By booking or contacting us, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, updates, and optional messages via SMS, email, or phone. Message and data rates may apply. The frequency of messages will depend on complexity of services and appointment but typically would not exceed ten per week. ​

Liability
We are not responsible for document content, incomplete documents, or delays caused by external factors. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
