📤 Information Sharing

We do not sell, transfer or rent your personal or mobile information for marketing purposes.  We may share information only:

  • With parties to the notarized transaction (e.g., lenders, title companies, attorneys).

  • With service providers assisting in operations (e.g., secure payment processors).

  • When required by law, subpoena, or court order.

  • We collect your phone number and other information to provide SMS registration and notary services.​

Messaging Terms and Conditions 

  • By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive message from Signing Harmony, from 832.990.7662 regarding appointments and service updates.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & Data rates may apply.

  • The frequency of messages will depend on complexity of services and appointment but typically would not exceed ten per week. 

  • You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance.
